The Smallest Bernadette of Lourdes pendant gold

The smallest medal of the nun and visionary saint Bernadette, the patroness saint of shepherds and the helper of sick people.

Saint Bernadette was born as Bernadette Soubirous on January 7, 1844 in Lourdes, France. In Lourdes, where she lived, the Virgin Mary appeared to her many times. Virgin Mary showed to the young girl where to find a forgotten healing spring and asked her to have a church built on the spot. After overcoming certain difficulties, Bernadette did find the healing spring. When the blind man saw again after washing with its water, many people began to come to Lourdes after this miracle. Bernadette later became a nun. However, her whole life was in poor health, she died at the age of 35. Lourdes has become one of the most important places of pilgrimage in the world thanks to her visions. Bernadette was beatified in 1925 and declared a saint eight years later. We celebrate the commemoration of saint Bernadette on April 16.

The smallest enamelled gold medal of Bernadette of Lourdes is individually painted and fired in a kiln to the temperature of 750°C (1300°F). A solid gold frame is hand-made, without using any machine, highlighting the distinctiveness of this delightful item. You can be guaranteed of a truly unique work of art. The materials used are: solid 14-carat gold (585/1000), fired jewellery enamel, ceramic colorants - applied by hand with special brushes and then fired in our kiln to shine.
