The internet shop owner is Radek Aljančič, ID 47289121, based in Janov nad Nisou 264, 468 11, Czech Republic. The Czech Republic is part of the European Union and is subject to European laws and directives for trade with other countries. Our shop is committed to providing the most advanced online security features.

Part of our products are in-stock and can be dispatched within two working days. We work every working day to produce the rest which is not at the moment on our stock. The manufacturing process of our products is complicated and we need two weeks for production at times.
For transport of goods we offer a number of transportation and postal services. Shipping charge for a registered mail corresponds to the actual prices and includes insurance of consignment to the value of its actual price. All services and their prices are clearly displayed before the end of each order.
Our prices are displayed with and without value-added tax (VAT). In the Czech Republic VAT is charged at 21% and is included for only EU customers.

We have attempted to recreate the true appearance of our jewelry as closely as possible on our website at aljancic.com, but the details and colours you see will vary depending on your monitor.
Please note that also engraving of gold frames is work of art. Gold frame engraving is performed by hand (we really do not use any machine for this process) so that each of frames is unique and original.

You may return all items (except special orders explained below), which are still in good condition, produced and sold by Aljancic family for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We shall also pay the return shipping cost if the claim is the result of our error.
Our goods of precious metals is hallmarked according to the Hallmarking Act. We guarantee purity of used 14 carat gold 585/1000 acording to Czech law and Hallmarking Act.
We are registered by Assay Office from 1994 under No.2697. Czech Assay Office: Czech Republic, Prague, Kozí street 4, www.puncovniurad.cz.
Our guarantee of perfect materials and manufacturing is valid for two years from the date of purchase. For up to two years after the date of purchase you may return any item for defective material or defective manufacturing and receive a full refund. The timeframe for making professional judgements on any claim for refund is one month after receipt. In such cases, the only condition we impose is that your jewel has been handled with appropriate care. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Special orders undamaged and/or without fault may not be returned or exchanged. White gold items and any variance on your request are considered special orders.
Keep your enamel jewelry away from corrosive chemicals such as alkali or acid solutions and other cleaning fluids. Taking care of your jewelry in this way will prolong the gold's luster.
To clean enamel jewelry do not use an ultrasonic cleaning. Use polishing cloth for gold jewelry or a solution of warm water and detergent-free soap and wash gold and enamel gently with a soft-bristled brush (an used or old tooth brush works well). Use your genuine enamel jewel like a genuine antique jewel.
We are committed to protect all our customers personal information. We protect your privacy and will never sell, trade or pass on your information to any company or individual. We also feel it is important for you to know that your order is not processed through a computer program and passed by a third party. We will protect your shipping and e-mail addresses and never disclose them. We need shipping and e-mail addresses only to process orders, enhance our customers shopping experience, and communicate with our customers about products and services. We will never share the information you provide us online with any outside company or third party. We will never use that information to send you unsolicited commercial e-mail. Your e-mails and shipping addresses are kept confidentially and are protected against loss, misuse and alteration.
