The handpainted medallion of Our Lady of The Rosary of Manaoag (Birhen ng Santo Rosaryo ng Manaoag) is inspired by the 17th-century statue of the Virgin Mary with Jesus, which is placed on the main altar of the Minor Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary in Manaoag, Philippines.
