The rear side medal Holy Mary Mother of God doesn't bear an inscription because of its small size. There is a glossy white surface of fired jewellery enamel.
The materials used are: solid 14-carat hallmarked gold (585/1000), fired jewellery enamel, ceramic colorants - applied by hand with squirrel-hair brushes and then fired in a kiln to shine.
