A solid gold frame 585/1000 is hand-engraved, without using any machine, highlighting the distinctiveness of this delightful item. You can be guaranteed of a truly unique work of art. The rear side of the Virgin of Lourdes medallion bears an inscription "ORA PRO NOBIS!"
