About us, jewelry enamel and our production

We have been dealing with jewellery enamel since 1993. Our workshop is located in the Jizera Mountains, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. This allows us to work and solve challenges for our customers exactly according to our needs. In 2015, we created our first enamel dial for Prim wrist watches for ELTON hodinářská, a.s. It was the first enamel dial in the history of the well-known Czech brand. In 2025, we expanded our production to include Miniartions. Unique pendants with miniatures on each side that present the individuality and passions of our customers.

Our jewellery is made from the finest and purest jewellery enamel. It is made by melting silica and other substances at very high temperatures. The resulting melt is then cooled by leaps and bounds to produce a homogeneous, hard mass. This is finally ready to be applied to the metal surface and fired after crushing and several other treatments. The enamel is usually applied in several layers and carefully fired at 800°C.

Our fired enamel can withstand heat and frost, direct sunlight and salt water.

Fine enamel work is one of the highest jewellery arts. Despite the complexity of processing, from extraction to application and painting, enamel is the material we have chosen for our products. For its properties and brilliance, it has been the privilege of kings for over three thousand years. And for us? The perfect canvas for fine handwork.

For us at Aljančič workshop, this hand-painted Limoges enamel is our perfectly mastered craft. It allows us to see the world through different eyes. It is a canvas for capturing events that have happened, people who have lived and their stories.
