The gold frame is hand-made and hand-engraved, without the use of any machines, highlighting the distinctiveness of this delightful item. You can be guaranteed of a truly unique work of art. The rear side medallion Our Lady of Lourdes doesn't bear an inscription because of its small size. There is a glossy white surface of fired jewellery enamel.

The materials used are: solid 14-carat gold (585/1000), fired jewellery enamel, ceramic colorants - applied by hand with squirrel-hair brushes and then fired to shine.
